Job Role: Senior Estimator

Location: South Yorkshire

Salary: �60,000/�65,000 + Package (D.O.E)

Our client a leading regional�construction company with 50 years+ trading history are seeking to appoint a Senior�Estimator�on a permanent basis to cover schemes� between the value of �500K-�5m.

Their client base includes Public and Private Sector clients, including several Framework Contracts throughout the local region.

The position is a senior role and will be reporting directly to the Directors and Head of Department.

Person Specification & Experience:

Experience carrying out the full tender process to prepare tender submissions, Including�taking off quantities, pricing the project, including if necessary, building up rates from first principles, drafting/ marking up the subcontractor and supplier enquiries to be sent�out.

Experience of using Conquest Software system advantageous but full training can be offered.�
