Senior Estimator

Company
A Interior Fit Out contractor who work at redefining working environments, refurbishing office or laboratory space and high-spec workplace design and build are on the market seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their preconstruction team.
They are looking as they have increased the project sizes they are working on which generally would be in the �2-5m bracket and are setting up an office in Cambridge due to volume of enquiries in that region and are looking for an Estimator / preconstruction Manager to join their team.
The Role
This client requires an Estimator to support the preconstruction team tendering new enquiries and supporting the wider team.
The ideal candidate will have experience tendering fit out and refurbishment projects up to �5m.
You will be fully responsible for pricing your own tenders, responsibilities will include:
* Prepare and submit Proposals
- Analyse Tender Documentation
* Liaise with consultant, client and sub-contractors and wider team
* Be able to present the tender proposals to the management team and the client
* Work on tenders from inception to completion
- Support the preconstruction process
* Developing estimates for various interior projects,
* Reviewing change orders alongside our project managers,
* Reviewing construction manager bid documents
Candidate
This is an ideal role for an Estimator with the following experience:
- Experience tendering for commercial office or laboratory fit out
- Experience working for a fit out contractor
* Able to work as part of a team
- Commutable distance to Reading
