Approach Personnel are partnering with our new client to recruit an experienced Senior Estimator. As a Senior Estimator, you will be an integral part of the pre-construction team, helping the business to develop relationships and increase sales.

Duties

-          Leading the Estimating team, responsible for managing the workflow and productivity, as well as time management and service quality

-          Collating and reviewing design documents in order to produce accurate costs and materials estimates

-          Ensuring quotations and work plans are in line with building regulations and requirements, as well as certification scheme requirements

-          Liaising directly with customers regarding their requirements and the progression of their quotes

Salary Details

-          Annual salary of c.£50,000+ d.o.e
