An opportunity for an experienced Senior Estimator to join a West Midlands based Residential Groundworks company who have expanded their business and have continual growth. They are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join their Pre-construction team due to upcoming tenders and expansion of the business.
Duties:
Analyse project drawing and specifications to prepare cost estimates
Present detailed estimates to senior management
Production of tender documentation
Follow process from receipt to award of project
Requirements:
Experience in estimating within residential groundworks is essential
Have worked in pre-construction roles previously
Expertise in materials, costs and construction methods
Ability to commute to the West Midlands area
Remuneration:
Up to £100,000
