Senior Estimator

Our client is one of the most recognised businesses across the East Riding and due to a period of continued growth we are looking to appoint a Senior Estimator who will manage a small well established team of estimators. You will be responsible for the development of the team as well as the providing clients with cost and budget plans in a fast paced environment.

Senior Estimator / Estimator / Contract / Construction

Senior Estimator Roles & Responsibilities: Estimator / Construction / Surveying

• Provide cost and budget plans
• Understanding of JCT and NEC Contracts
• Ability to work with projects from start all the way through to completion
• Experience of high value low volume projects
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Preparation of tender documentation

Skills & Qualifications: Estimator / Construction / Surveying

• Qualified within a suitable construction field
• Experience within the construction industry
• Excellent Microsoft office skills
• Driving license
