Who we are looking for: We are looking for a Senior Experiential Creative to join our London team. You specialise in brand activations and have a proven history of successful experiential projects. You independently come up with a large volume of great ideas and oscillate from concept to execution seamlessly.You will be welcomed into Prism Create, our multi-disciplinary content team, developing creative strategies and ideas for consumer experiences and activations for global brands and clients in the world of sport (including football) entertainment, music, fashion and gaming. Our goal is to translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative, exciting and inspiring creative campaigns and activations for some of the world’s most exciting brands.
The role: As a Senior Experiential Creative your role will be a dynamic blend of creative ideation, strategy and hands-on production. This creative role will focus on best-in-class creative work, pushing projects forward, and championing creativity for our clients.You will be a core part of the Senior Creative team, responsible for the creation and development of ideas, producing standout work for multiple clients, working with passionate and talented Directors, Producers, Designers, and a wider Creative team reporting into the Creative Director.You will be used to interrogating client briefs and bringing ideas to life, pitching them to clients and colleagues, taking part in client presentations and showing how all pieces of the creative puzzle fit together moving from strategic positioning through to execution and delivery.A creative, collaborative and enthusiastic team-player. With excellent interpersonal communication skills, you have the ability and enjoy partnering with a team of creative and diverse people. Working under pressure to tight deadlines will be second nature to you, and when the role requires you to take the initiative to manage your own workload, you remain motivated to do so when working solo.Key Requirements: A portfolio of previous work showcasing successful activation and experiential projects for global brands – large and small scaleExperience in sport activations/experiential – with football as a priorityExperience working for brands in entertainment, music, fashion and gaming (is advantageous)Being able to execute a brief from concept stage through to client presentation. Must be able to own a project and thus be comfortable putting together creative presentations (PowerPoint experience is essential so you can create slick and compelling presentations to sell your ideas to others).Confident and articulate in presenting ideas to the clientExperience working with Adobe Creative SuiteStrong design skills would be an advantage - and the ability to put together tight colour visuals/ideas. (Design will generally aid in this process).Ability to visualise your creative ideasAbility to think strategically and conceptualise creatively to ensure all ideas align with client brand identityExperience working/liaising with account teams/production teams/designers /3d designers/wider creative teamMust be dependable, positive, open-minded, and be able to clearly communicate and bring enthusiasm to the roleAttention to detail and accuracy with the ability to self-manage time and output.In addition to the day-to-day, this role provides the opportunity to become a part of a company with a nurturing and trusting culture.
