We are looking for an experienced Export Coordinator to manage and develop customer accounts within an allocated international territory. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing and processing orders, and ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.

The person

• 3-5 years of export sales experience.
• Knowledge of IncoTerms
• Experience with air, sea, and road freight, including customs
• Understanding of the export order process and documentation (e.g., Commercial invoices, EUR1, Letter of Credit, Certificates of Origin).
• Compliance with export and import laws, regulations, and policies.
• High levels of attention to detail, organisation, and commercial awareness.
• Strong customer focus, process-driven mindset, and excellent time management skills.
• Ability to assess situations quickly and respond appropriately.
