MMP Consultancy is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational management for a University based in West London. This is a permanent position paying �62,400 - �68,640 per annum to start as soon as possible.


Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the Facilities team, ensuring alignment with the college's long-term strategic goals.
* Deliver exceptional, customer-focused facilities services for the college's community.
* Lead sustainability initiatives and manage programmes that reduce our carbon footprint.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant Health & Safety regulations, safeguarding our students and staff.
* Oversee capital and operational projects, ensuring delivery within time and budget.
* Manage significant operational and capital budgets, delivering best value in all facilities services.
* Mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.


Key Requirements:
* Extensive experience in senior-level facilities management.
* Proven leadership skills, particularly in uniting diverse teams and priorities.
* Strong financial management of operational and capital budgets.
* Expertise in project management with experience delivering high-value developments.
* Knowledge of building services, M&E, and hard services.
* NEBOSH qualification is required; RICS/MIWFM certification is a strong advantage.
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
* Experience managing sustainability initiatives.
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
