Senior Finance Assistant - Creative Agency

Handle are delighted to be working closely with a design agency in London in their search for a senior finance assistant, working in a small team and reporting to the finance manager, you will be an integral part of the day to day running of the finance function in London. This role is perfect for someone who has a few years experience working at a transnational level and is confident working at high volume. Responsibilities of the role: Sales - Liaise with the Client Services Team to coordinate efficient Client Billing, manage Statement of Works and follow up on outstanding orders. Sales - Responsibility for chasing debtors and reporting on outstanding Debts Purchases - Management of Credit Cards and Expensein Purchases - Monitoring and reporting of Freelancers and Freelancer Timesheets Purchases - Overall responsibility for all aspects of purchase invoices, expenses and credit cards alongside the Finance Assistant Purchases - Collaborate with the Finance Assistant to manage weekly supplier payments. Work with the Finance Manager on monthly payment schedules and assist the Finance Assistant in executing payments. Banking - Oversee the Finance Assistant with weekly bank reconciliations and cashflow process Banking - Calculate month-end foreign exchange (FX) rates for USD invoices for Finance Manager Audit - Assist with annual audits. Budget - Assist on annual budgets Reporting - Oversee the Finance Assistant Manage the budget tracking process and provide monthly updates to team Heads alongside Finance Assistant Previous experience working in the creative sector is not required but an interest is key, if you have experience using Paprika this would be a bonus.
