Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

Job Duties:
- Oversee financial activities for the German entity, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for the entity
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making
- Provide financial guidance and support to the leadership team
- Monitor cash flow, financial controls, and risk management
- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a similar finance management role
- Strong knowledge of German accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in finance management
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in German language is highly desirable
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Finance or related field
- Experience working in a multinational company
- Professional certification in German accounting standards
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role in Blackburn, Lancashire
- Standard working hours with occasional overtime required
- Travel to Germany may be necessary
