Management Consultancy
in the search of a
Senior Finance Manager
to join their team reporting directly into the
Finance Director
with 2 direct reports with 2 indirect reports.

This is a rapidly expanding team within the business based in Central London.
Due to consistent growth and expansion, they are now looking to hire a progressive Senior Finance Manager to lead their Revenue team supporting their further development and driving business success.
Role
The Senior Finance Manager for this innovative business based in central London, will work closely with the Finance Director in coaching a team of 2 direct and 2 indirect reports, objective setting, performance feedback and team building to drive the successful performance of the growing team.
They will take on a number of key duties including:
Team management of 2 direct and 2 indirect reports
Challenge client receipt cash forecasts and optimise collections to achieve year end targets
Support on weekly forecasting
Review preparation of revenue split calculations, track progress and oversee output for correct management and financial accounting entries
Review accrued revenue and accounts receivable on weekly basis to help achieve targets
Review un-billed expense balances with the team weekly
Provide accurate sales pipeline forecasting
Conduct case set up and compliance with new client screening
Train team on the global accounting recognition and reserve policies
Ensure timely invoicing and collection of fees and expenses and reconciliation of client expense balances monthly
Support senior stakeholders on ad-hoc projects
Profile
The ideal profile for this exciting position, should have the following attributes:
Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA )
5+ years post qualified experience
Proven extensive team management experience
Excellent commercial acumen
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in professional services / consultancy would be advantageous
Experience with Alteryx/Tableau would be advantageous

£70,000 to £90,000 plus benefits including:
