We are looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to support the financial planning team in delivering a full customer service proposition in a professional, timely and efficient manner including new business and annual reviews providing administrative support to the Financial Planners and Paraplanners, duties will include obtaining product information, dealing with queries, processing applications, raising invoices and managing the phone line and shared mailbox training and workflow management of contractors/interns/apprentices as required general administrative duties - including scanning, photocopying, post, ordering stationary, booking meeting rooms and taking meeting notes liaise with 3rd parties and customers both internally and externally ensure client and policy records remain up to date through the customer management and document storage systems Join us At UBS, we embrace flexible ways of working when the role permits. Your team As a Financial Planning Administrator at UBS you will work within the Wealth Management division with a small team of highly qualified Paraplanners and Chartered Financial Planners offering bespoke financial solutions to wealthy private clients around the world - except those served by Wealth Management Americas.
