Central London (Office Based)
Salary - £85,000 - £95,000 (depending on experience) + Company Bonus
SPE Connect is looking for a Senior Food Development Manager to join an iconic brand that is rapidly expanding. This role is office based in the central London head office. And will be required to be in 4 days a week.
The Role:
The Senior Food Development Manager will support the Director and Team, along with several other support functions in delivering innovation projects across UK, Ireland & EMEA. These projects will lead the way in product strategy and developing new and improved commercially savvy products for a strong portfolio and pipeline to create growth for the brand. No day is the same with several areas of the business interacting with this team but if you are someone who wants to work in a fast paced environment with no holds barred on menu development, this could be right for you.
About You!
Commutable to London Head Office 4 days a week
Strategically minded - able to feel comfortable to present to all levels, up to board
Strong communication skills both verbally and written
Comfortable with all forms of technology as spreadsheets will be your best friend!
Team player, who loves to get stuck in as it's a small team
Desirable to have worked within EMEA remit, or to at least work with a business that has an international arm so you are used to consumer trends outside of the UK
Culinary trained
QSR/Restaurant/Hospitality background
Knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles
Experience with packaged food safety and government regulatory requirements
