Senior FP&A Manager

Cedar is currently partnered with a Financial Services business to help them secure an Interim Senior FP&A Manager. The role is to support the CFO and mentor the FP&A Team. The role is a 6-12 month initial contract, paying a day rate between �(Apply online only) on an Umbrella company basis.

The Role

As Interim Senior FP&A Manager you will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather insightful data, improve data visualisation, and drive deeper analysis. You will lead a lean but impressive team of Analysts to maximise company performance, market-engagement and drive expansion.

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting to align with strategic goals.
• Business partner closely with various business units to provide insights for decision-making, while managing relationships with external stakeholders.
• Supervise the creation of customer insights to evaluate solution usage and effectiveness.
• Ensure the integrity of financial models to forecast cash requirements and anticipate demand.
• Provide timely performance insights and developing management information (MI) requests.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through data-driven insights and analysis.

Your Profile

You will ideally have:

• A formal Accountancy Qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CA, etc).
• Experience developing and fostering a high performing analysis team.
• Experience dealing with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• The rate of �(Apply online only) per day represents either a logical increase in your rate or a similar level to your previous experience.
• Prior experience within a Financial Services business is useful.
