Senior Frontend Engineer

We're looking for a talented Senior Frontend Engineer to design UIs for our cutting-edge computer vision solutions in retail automation.As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects that push the boundaries of what is possible in the retail automation industry.Title: Senior Frontend EngineerLocation: London (Hybrid)JOB DESCRIPTION:Leads the entire frontend development lifecycle, from design and architecture to implementation and deployment.Works closely with various teams (backend developers, product managers, designers) to gather requirements, provide feedback, and ensure alignment across the team.Makes key technical decisions to drive projects forward while maintaining best practices and high standards.Stays updated on industry trends and technologies, proactively suggesting improvements to code, processes, and tools used.Ensures the frontend application is optimized for speed and a smooth user experience.Implements and maintains thorough testing practices to guarantee the frontend application's reliability and stability.Oversees frontend deployment for smooth releases and monitoring the application in production to address any issues promptly.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Extensive experience building complex web applications with React.Strong understanding and application of TypeScript, including advanced features and best practices.Experience with GraphQL for schema design, query optimization, and client-side integration.Experience with deployment processes for frontend applications (build tools, CI/CD pipelines, cloud services).Experience with E2E testing frameworks (Cypress) and component testing frameworks (Jest or similar).Familiarity with state management libraries (Zustand or Redux).Understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to collaborate with designers.Basic knowledge of Python for communication with backend developers and comprehension of the tech stack.Familiarity with other leading frontend frameworks (Angular and Vue.js).We'd love to hear from you, apply today!
