Senior Full Stack Developer - React, C# .NET, Azure/AWS

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for technology. The ideal candidate should exhibit leadership qualities, mentor team members, and engage effectively with clients. This is primarily a technical role (90% development) with some responsibilities in leadership and client interaction (10%).

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in React and C# .NET.
• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure preferred; AWS a plus).
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies; Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with financial services is advantageous but not essential.

Leadership Skills:

• Ability to mentor, coach, and encourage teams without direct line management.
• Capable of identifying problems, understanding their impact, and offering solutions.
• Comfortable collaborating with architects and providing technical guidance.

Client Engagement:

• Skilled at building trust and rapport with clients.
