Job Title: Senior Full Stack Web Developer
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (Plus comprehensive benefits)
Hours: Full-Time

Work Pattern: Monday – Friday
Are you a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with a passion for leading projects and mentoring developers? This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing lead generation company, where your work will directly impact the business by enhancing digital solutions and optimizing infrastructure.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring best practices in development.
\n
• Coach and mentor developers, providing guidance on technical strategy.
\n
• Work closely with internal teams to enhance user experience and improve conversion rates.
\n
• Develop and maintain applications using Symfony (or similar framework) and Vue.js.
\n
• Manage GIT version control and collaborate effectively within a structured development process.
\n
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs in existing codebases.
\n
• Integrate APIs and manage MySQL databases with ORM frameworks.
\n
• Contribute to infrastructure upgrades and the consolidation of build tools.
\n

Required Skills & Experience:

\n
• Strong experience with Symfony (or similar PHP frameworks).
\n
• Proficiency in HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
\n
• Familiarity with package managers such as Composer or NPM.
\n
• Experience with build tools like Webpack or Grunt.
\n
• Comfortable working in an office-based environment (remote work is not available).
\n
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
\n

Desirable Skills:

\n
• DevOps experience (CI/CD pipelines, AWS, Docker, or server management).
\n
• Experience with automated testing and documentation best practices.
\n
