You'll lead a team of engineers, and work closely with our Engineering Director, delivering on projects such as foundation design, scour assessments and cable engineering and more.Key ResponsibilitiesLead geotechnical studies, designs, and reports.Manage project records, budgets, and junior team members.Conduct and review geotechnical analyses.Liaise with clients and prepare study reports.Drive business development and grow the subsea structures division.Who You AreA strong background in geotechnical engineering within the offshore sector.Strong understanding of ground investigation, geotechnical engineering, and geological processes.Experience in offshore geotechnical design and assessments.Member of a professional organization like ICE, Geological Society, or SUT.Proficient in ArcGIS, Global Mapper, PLAXIS, GIS, and GRL WEAP.Benefits25 days holiday, increasing to 30 days with serviceCompany pension starting at 6%, rising to 8%Hybrid workingDay off for your birthdayElectric vehicle leasing schemeOption to buy and/or sell holidaysIf you are interested in this Geotechnical Engineering role, click apply now and we'll consider your CV for the first round of interviews.
