About the Role
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping brand narratives through creative campaigns for global brands. This position is perfect for someone with strong FMCG experience, particularly in designing packaging (on-pack), who can translate a brand's essence into both digital and traditional media. You will also collaborate with media owners, ensuring the right balance between brand visibility and media partner goals. If you're an expert in both motion graphics and static design, this role offers the chance to flex your creative muscles and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop creative campaigns for renowned FMCG brands, with a strong focus on packaging (on-pack) design.
  • Create innovative motion graphics, print, and digital content for integrated campaigns.
  • Collaborate with entertainment media owners to craft designs that align with both brand and partner objectives.
  • Translate brand guidelines into visually compelling assets for TV, social media, and other platforms.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including strategists, account managers, and production, to deliver high-quality creative work on time and within scope.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with renowned brands across various platforms (motion, print, and digital).
  • Strong FMCG experience, with a portfolio that showcases on-pack designs.
  • Solid understanding of media ownership dynamics and experience creating campaigns in collaboration with entertainment or TV media partners.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present creative ideas clearly to both internal teams and clients.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking.
