Are you a Senior Graphic Designer with a passion for luxury beauty and an eye for detail? A well-established, science-led beauty brand in Central London is seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to bring their creative vision to life across digital, print, and packaging.

As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of a brand that combines innovation and natural beauty. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling visual stories and ensuring that every touchpoint-from digital campaigns to product packaging-embodies the brand's luxury ethos and speaks to its discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Identity & Visual Development: Shape and evolve the brand's visual style across various platforms, ensuring consistency and innovation.
• Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire junior designers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development.
• Campaign & Content Creation: Conceptualize and produce digital and print campaign materials, website content, social media assets, and in-store visuals to support launches, promotions, and seasonal themes.
• Product Packaging Design: Collaborate with product and packaging teams to create luxurious, on-brand packaging that resonates in a competitive market.
• Photography & Retouching: Oversee photoshoots, image selection, and retouching, ensuring all visuals are on-brand and meet luxury standards.

What You'll Need:

• Experience: 3+ years in graphic design, ideally with experience in beauty, luxury, or fashion. A portfolio showcasing high-end, detailed designs is essential.
• Design Mastery: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with bonus skills in After Effects or Premiere Pro for video/motion graphics.
• Attention to Detail: Strong aesthetic sense, with meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of design and storytelling.
• Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
