Senior GRC Manager La Fosse is engaged with a leading international technology company at the forefront of innovation and cyber security. They are on a journey dedicated to advancing the future of technology and ensuring the highest standards of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). As such, they seek a dynamic Senior GRC Manager to join their growing function. Role Overview: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transformational projects, leadership, and target operating model development. This role is critical in shaping and executing the GRC strategies to support growth and innovation goals.Key Responsibilities:Transformational Leadership: Lead and execute transformational GRC projects that drive significant organisational change and improvement.Policy and Framework Development: Develop and implement high-quality GRC policies and frameworks in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Target Operating Model: Design and implement target operating models to optimise GRC processes and enhance operational efficiency.Risk Management: Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks across the organisation, ensuring robust risk management practices.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to promote a strong GRC culture and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards such as ISO27001, NIST and SOX.
