Senior Grid Engineer

SENIOR GRID ENGINEER - LONDON - HYBRIDI'm working with one of Europe's leading Renewables developers who have an established pipeline consisting of multiple hundred MW with of Solar and BESS projects and further projects on the horizon.Due to their success, they're currently looking for a Senior Grid Engineer to join their team and manage the grid connection process! Key Responsibilities:- Making G99 applications and managing connection offers- Finding available grid capacity on the DNO/TO networks- Managing grid connections on multiple projects from concept to ready to build- Make BEGA/BELLA applications through National Grid ESO connections portalSkills Required: Grid Engineer experience for a Renewables developer or Design/Power Systems experience for a DNO/ICP/Consultancy Experience making G99 applications or working in a technical capacity for DNO/ICP/ConsultancyElectrical background, ideally to degree level. Utility scale Solar/BESS experienceDesirable Requirements:Modelling background - DIgSILENT experienceRemuneration:Salary: £55-85K + 15% bonus - They are open to candidates with a range of experienceLocation: London, Hybrid - 2/3 days in officeMust have Rights to Work in the UK without Sponsorship or Post-Graduate VISA.
