An environmental, remediation and demolition contractor based near Stockport area seeking a Senior Ground Remediation Engineer to join their expanding team. The role will provide excellent opportunity for career progression and increased responsibility - overseeing and leading a small team of contractors through a range of projects across the construction industry.

The Senior Ground Remediation Engineer selected will be carrying our desk studies and site investigations, contributing to enabling works, contaminated land remediation, sustainable demolition, report writing and waste classification. You'll be leading the team through projects, participating in business development, liaising with clients and mentoring junior team members.

The successful Senior Ground Remediation Engineer must therefore have:

• Experience in the ground remediation, geo-environmental or contaminated land industry.
• A degree in a relevant subject (for example environmental science, geoscience, geology etc),
• A willingness to travel for work.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A full right to work in the UK.
• Live in or near to Stockport.
