Permanent role paying c.115k base + bonus
Must have proven 2nd line experience gained within a financial services business
Role is urgent so the will look at temp to perm as an option
Hybrid working 2 days in office, 3 from home

My client are a highly acquisitive PE backed Financial Services provider in high growth mode who are looking to bring in an experienced 2nd Line Risk and Compliance manager with proven ability to build out compliance and risk management frameworks, partner with the business, provide compliance training, build monitoring plans... a truly generalist role for ideal for someone who in interested in a broad dynamic role in a growing firm.
Key person requirements:
Proven 2nd line risk and compliance experience gained within Financial Services
Ability to operate at the holistic strategic level as well as be hands on an in the detail
Ability to work in a high growth dynamic environment
Must have exceptional interpersonal ability including gravitas when dealing with senior executives
