Senior Group Systems Accountant

Job DescriptionSenior Group Systems Accountant Location: OxfordshireWorking Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days on siteSalary: £55,000 - £65,000Package: 25 days’ holiday + up to 12% pension contribution, yearly bonus, private medical insurance and car allowance.Role Purpose: You will manage and enhance Group financial systems to ensure they remain effective, well-controlled, supported, and developed to meet current and future needs.Role Responsibilities:Manage and provide technical support for the Group reporting system (Tagetik), including user access, metadata, and month-end/budget tasks, ensuring it meets current and future requirements.Align system data structures with other finance ERPs and resolve discrepancies.Address Tagetik issues using expertise or by coordinating with Group IT or consultants.Support the Group Accounting and Consolidation Manager and reporting team.Drive ongoing system development and improvement.Develop and maintain accurate reports for finance processes.Train Tagetik users and represent Finance in key system projects, leading implementation and development efforts.Key Skills and Experience:Full accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)Experience with EPM tools and hands-on knowledge of Tagetik, SAP BPC, SAP FC, Hyperion, OneStream, Cognos TM1, or similarProficient in application creation, dimensions, data forms, workflow, report design, Smart View, and system integrationSkilled in managing the chart of accounts, account mapping, and change managementExperience in group accounting
