Senior Growth Marketing Manager / Head of Performance Marketing needed by a luxury travel tech business who are fully operational in over 200 countries and have a global community of traveller across the world.Following a significant boost in their leadership team, they’re now looking for a performance and growth marketing expert to join the team and spearhead their acquisition marketing.The Senior Growth Marketing Manager / Head of Performance Marketing will be responsible for:-Development of high quality, innovative, multi-channel campaigns and marketing activities.Ownership of the customer journey from awareness to acquisition. Management and optimisation of paid activity with an external agency.Management of a growth backlog of opportunities, prioritised and tackled. Management of key channels, including email, SMS and Push. Ownership of KPI and metrics reporting. The Senior Growth Marketing Manager / Head of Performance must have:-Proven experience in B2C growth Marketing for a tech startup business.Experience with martech platforms- Klavio.Experience managing and executing multi channel campaigns, particularly paid media.Problem-solving attitude.Proven analytical skills.
