Day to day, you’ll be involved in:Strategy: take ownership for the strategy and execution of their growth marketing programmes to build awareness, drive sign ups, covert sign ups to paying users and then retain themGrowth: run experiments to unlock growth opportunities (PPC, paid social, organic social, SEO, influencer marketing…)Data: analyse data across product usage, marketing metrics and user behaviour to support and inform decision makingReporting: set up tracking, measure metrics and report on ROIStakeholder Management: work closely with the CEO and senior leadership teamWhat you’ll need to be successful in this roleB2C marketing experience from technology startups (*B2B PLG companies are also of interest)Growth marketing skills (or mindset)Well rounded skills across planning, data, product marketing, growth and contentSelf starter and ability to plan and execute*due to our clients growth plans, you must have a notice period of 1 month maxThe application processThe four steps to the application process are:Call with Market Recruitment to discuss suitability, talk through the role and answer any questions you haveInterview with the COOPresentation to the COO, CEO and Head of ProductWe look forward to hearing from you, and if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us or reach out.
