Were partnering with a leading main contractor known for delivering high-value build projects across the Midlands and wider UK. With projects typically ranging from £20m to £60m , they have a reputation for technical excellence, innovation, and safety.
Due to continued growth, theyre now looking to appoint a Health & Safety Advisor to support their operational teams on-site in Crewton, Derby and surrounding areas.
The Role: As a Health & Safety Advisor, youll be embedded within the construction delivery team, ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are consistently met and improved upon. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their H&S career with a highly regarded contractor.
Responsibilities: Provide H&S support across multiple construction sites
Carry out audits, inspections, and toolbox talks
Ensure site teams and subcontractors comply with company HSEQ standards
Support incident investigations and produce detailed reports
Contribute to the development of a positive safety culture on-site
What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a main contracting environment (essential)
Background working on complex construction projects (£20m+)
NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
IOSH membership (desirable)
A strong communicator with a proactive and collaborative approach
