• Designing and developing highway infrastructure projects
• Ensuring compliance with relevant engineering standards and regulations
• Preparing technical drawings and specifications
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes
• Contributing to risk assessments and mitigation strategies
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Maintaining and enhancing client relationships

• Experience in highway design and engineering
• Strong understanding of highway construction principles and methodologies
• Proficient in using highway design software and tools
• Ability to produce detailed technical reports and documentation
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification
• Ability to attend the Exeter office 2x per week
