Senior Housing Lawyer London Local Authority Locum contract 3 months+ Hybrid working Sellick Partnership is excited to be assisting a large London local authority to recruit a Senior Housing Lawyer to join their impressively hard-working legal team. The position offers great opportunities and would be an excellent role for a qualified lawyer who is looking to apply their skills and knowledge in housing law within a highly regarded London council team. We are looking for a locum Senior Housing Lawyer who will also willingly support and attentively oversee the work of the junior legal staff in their team. Prior experience working for a local authority is also highly favorable. Responsibilities: Homelessness and allocation policy matters All grounds for possession proceeding orders Unauthorised possession proceeding orders Injunctions Selling points: Working within a highly reputable council amongst ambitious individuals Flexible working Competitive rate of pay Great existing rapport and relationships with clients The position is hybrid with preferred office attendance three days per week however our client could be flexible for the right candidate. Full-time working hours will be required.
