Role: Senior HR Business Partner - Change & Transformation (12 months FTC)Salary: £100k plus package Location: London - hybridNetwork HR have been retained to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner for a global financial services firm based in London. You'll be part of a lean HR team who each have a common trait - high competency, low ego.Reporting to the Chief People Officer you will be responsible for the delivery of complex organisational change as a critical member of the Transformation Office, led by our Chief of Staff. This role will enable the future of our business, and be responsible for all people related changes across a medium organisational transformation. You will be operating in a complex structure of highly successful organisations and work under the leadership of an outstanding HR Director with a demonstrably commercial background.Role responsibilities will include (but not limited to):Design the future end to end implementation plan for organisational transformation. Leading multi faceted and collective consultation (redundancy, redeployment in new structures, TUPE, etc) .Act as Trusted counsel to the CPO, Chief of Staff and Transformation Office on all people related implementation itemsAct as a coach to the broader HR team, to help upskillPartner with senior stakeholders and be credible and influential Background:Experience in implementing change programmes and able to lead consultations Highly structured and organised in your approachEmployment law expertise and a commercial mindResilience, drive and self management A drive for excellenceCollaborative spirit Able to manage multiple, complex tasks concurrentlyAn enjoyment of ever changing change mandates – stability of workload is unlikely in this role…you need to be flexible.
