Job Description
Senior HR Change & Transition Project Manager
is urgently required by our Global IT Services Company for an initial 6 months rolling contract, to be based remotely from home, UK. (UK Only). The successful applicant will be a Lead/Senior Change & Transition Project Manager with demonstrable experience of project managing large, complex, Global Change and Transition projects within HR workstream.
Responsibilities & Skills:
Must have demonstrable experience of leading large, complex, Global Change and Transition projects within HR workstream and HR toolsets.
Must have demonstrable experience of project managing established HR Change & Adoption, HR Communications, HR Employee Relations, HR Data Protection workstreams.
Must have experience of project managing guiding global local teams in the preparation of the HR adoption activities that are required for the new HR toolsets and the new Global processes.
Responsible for the project management of the activities, within regions to maximise adoption is key.
This is a more Senior Change & Transition Project Manager and not a technical or operational role.
Must have demonstrable experience of managing end to end large, global projects within HR workstreams and HR toolsets and managing their Change, Transition and Adoption into the new HR workstream.
The successful applicant will have experience of planning and delivering rollouts for change and transition of HR workstream and HR tools
Acting as the escalation point and day to day contact for the teams, ensuring that the teams are fully up to date on all program decisions and deliverables.
Manage the areas of your plan to ensure readiness for each regional/country service commencement.
Manage the RAID items in relation to your workstreams.
Weekly Progress Reporting
Experience with planning and delivering rollout projects.
Working within agile environments
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
