The HR function is a small, close knit team that helps drive the Company’s people strategy, supports our Company’s values and works with the core competencies that measure and drive both individual/companywide success in the marketplace. The HRBP is responsible for actively partnering with regional leaders and staff to enable a high performance culture through talent management initiatives and is simultaneously a hands-on and strategic generalist responsible for best-in-class execution of all HR processes and transactional work. Additional key responsibilities include employee relations, on-boarding of new hires, compensation, partnering to facilitate learning and development initiatives, along with ensuring functional excellence for HR processes and transactions. /p p br /p p strong Role Responsibilities /strong /p ul li Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will provide strategic business partnerships to the senior management team on all people issues enabling them to deliver company strategy. /li li Ability to establish and sustain credibility with business partners and Human Resources colleagues; proven experience and expertise in the following core HR functional areas: employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, employee development, TUPE, Redundancy Programs and ad hoc projects across multiple regions and countries. /li li To lead on complex HR cases (for example investigations, disciplinary hearings, grievances, absence management, performance management / improvement) advising managers on implementing corrective action interventions. /li li The ability to deliver results and navigate effectively in changing environment; act as effective change agent in the execution of change management initiatives to support organizational change. /li li Provide HR support to the employees based in EMEA and overseas. /li li Ensure the HR policy, procedures and practices of the business comply fully with legal and regulatory requirements. /li li Proactively monitor all open positions in assigned areas; partner with Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders to identify talent pipeline and develop solutions for difficult to fill positions; participate in recruiting initiatives as required and supporting new hire onboarding and induction /li li Proactively partner with Business Leaders to support the implementation of new client accounts including, but not limited to, pre-contract due diligence, participation as team member or project lead, in work stream planning sessions, transition of existing client employees and management of onboarding initiatives. /li li Coach managers on communicating annual performance reviews, corrective action programs, handling challenging conversations and reinforcing full participation in the performance review process in assigned region /li li Support HR and Regional leadership in the development of the management team for assigned business unit; facilitate career development discussions with managers and key employees /li li In support of the Learning & Development platform, assist in the facilitation of, or personally deliver targeted training programs. Gain knowledge and ability to articulate relevant corporate program content to effectively provide consultative recommendations and reinforce learning principals to operations management and employees by attending seminars, train-the-trainer events, and related training courses. /li li Conduct exit interviews where appropriate - provide feedback/analysis as directed. /li /ul p br /p p strong Role Requirements /strong /p ul li Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field and a minimum of 10 years progressive HR generalist experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; CIPD certification (or equivalent related professional designation) desired /li li Ability to influence and lead; well-developed teambuilding and influencing skills, unquestioned integrity, and the experience, confidence, and stature to effectively address sensitive HR issues /li li Business acumen / organisational awareness; excellent organisational and analytical skills and demonstrate attention to detail with the ability to manage a varied workload. /li li Ability to prioritise work and requests to deliver high quality, value-added and timely advisory services to employees and management utilising developed mediation / facilitation / conflict resolution skills. /li li Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills.
