Senior Hydraulic Modeller

I am currently recrutiing for Hydraulic Modeller contract position that can be based in any location listed. This is a fantastic time to join a leading consultancy and contribute to their Hydraulics team, friving their projects forward

Locations:

Belfast / Glasgow / Edinburgh / Warrington / Leeds / Derby / Bristol / Cardiff / Peterborough / London / Epsom

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Storm Overflows Discharge Reduction Plan, flood alleviation, and environmental solution development projects.
• Assist in developing and delivering wastewater catchment strategies and solutions.
• Ensure quality of outputs and compliance with standards & specifications.
• Manage and/or support project managers in overseeing projects and programmes of works.
• Support in the development of tender responses and fee estimates.
• Supervise and develop staff, providing guidance for their professional development.
• Contribute to technical innovation initiatives within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in hydraulic modelling and urban drainage projects.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., InfoWorks ICM, MIKE Urban).
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
