We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Implementation Manager join our Energy & Environmental team based out of London with flexible working. The Energy and Environment team are focusing on designing and implementing a strategy that looks at both targeting energy and environment management in a holistic way from individual sites through to the corporate level. The salary on offer is up to £65,000 DOE plus £3,500 car allowance with eligibility for our annual 10% bonus.

About the role:

The role will report into the Head of Energy and Environment, you'll be leading the Regional Energy & Environment Managers (x4) providing performance and operational line management. Working closely with our Energy and Environment teams to develop the Technical Standards/Tools and related Policies/Procedures to enable the business to implement the initiatives and outputs developed as part of the E&E strategic deliverables. This will include developing and overseeing the technical training requirements for Delivery (Capital, Hard FM, Health & Safety etc), ensuring colleagues are appropriately aware, and have the suitable skills needed to succeed.

You Will :

Work with the Hard FM (Expertise, H&S, Delivery, and others as needed) Teams to ensure specific guidance is incorporated into policies and procedures
Ensure the material produced is suitable for the delivery of environmental, net-zero and utilities targets across the business
Work with Learning and Development to develop technical level training packages and agree training mechanism
Develop robust design specifications and policies to enable sustainable design to be a key aspect of the projects delivered at each property lifecycle stage

What you will bring to the role:

Energy and mechanical engineering background (desirable accreditation's MEng Degree, or Chartership Engineer)
Experience in Energy & Environment practices as well as improving policy and developing training programs
Knowledge in property maintenance used to outsourcing FM and understands how an estates team operates.
Understanding E&E from a utilities perspective, delivering energy reduction while able to implement environmental compliance initiatives
Curious solution oriented mindset, self starter not phased by ambiguity used to working with senior stakeholders closely
