Role – Senior Interior Architect

Salary - £48,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Type - Permanent

Location – South West London/Surrey

Do you specialise in high-end residential interiors? With a strong background in technical drawings, building regulations, with an in‐depth knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.

My client are an award-winning Interior Architecture and Design company and are looking to take on an experienced Senior Interior Architect on a permanent basis in London. You will get the chance to work on projects in the UK and internationally, including New York, Europe, & The Middle East

The Senior Interior Architect will ideally have the following attributes:

Degree qualified in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design.

Minimum of 7-8years’ post graduate experience in luxury architecture or interior design,

Experience working as an all-rounder designer but skilled in producing technical drawings.

Excellent knowledge and proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite

Excellent knowledge of bespoke cabinetry, bathroom and FF&E finishes, sourcing, specifying, drawing and procurement

Great spatial awareness

The Senior Interior Architect role will involve:

Prepare and develop drawings, material and mood boards

Visiting site to ensure projects are in keeping with design and development

Keeping up to date with new developments and design trends in the design industry

To liaise, where appropriate, with members of the external design team and other associated organisations or companies

Attend client meetings, trade fairs and supplier meetings
