Senior Interior Architect

A Senior Interior Architect job is now available with a boutique studio based in South West London. The successful candidate will be integral to the design process, overseeing the design process of luxury residential projects from concept to completion.

\n

With a classic and timeless aesthetic, our client prides themselves on their impeccable attention to detail. Currently going through an exciting growth period, they are looking for a creative yet technically led designer, to join their team on a permanent basis. This position would suit a proactive designer with a strong background working in high-end properties.

Role & Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Working closely with the Director on luxury residential projects
\n
• Producing proposals and presentations
\n
• Developing technical packages and detail drawings
\n
• FF&E including producing bespoke joinery and furniture design
\n
• Liaising with suppliers, contractors and third parties as needed
\n
• Producing drawings when needed
\n
• Onsite project management.
\n

Required Skills & Experience

\n

\n
• 5+ years' UK experience working on high-end residential projects
\n
• Experience working as part of a London based, leading interior design studio strongly preferred
\n
• Outstanding technical experience and knowledge
\n
• Ability to produce/review technical packages including elevations, detail drawings and joinery drawings
\n
• Confident working with large budget and HNWI
\n
• Experience supervising projects on site and liaising with contractors and suppliers
\n
• Experience running projects across different stages
\n
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Adobe Suite.
\n

Salary & Package

\n

\n
• Salary circa £50,000. Flexible for outstanding candidates
\n
• Hybrid work set-up.
\n
