Senior Interior Designer

One of London's leading AJ100 Practices who have a strong pipeline of high-profile projects in London looking for two talented Interior Designers to join their large London team.
Working across commercial workplace, hotels, retail and residential, you will get a broad range of project experience working with a variety of clients across the globe from large brand names to smaller start ups. As a Senior Interior Designer at this practice you will play a vital role in leading high-profile project teams with the assistance of Associates and Directors.

You will get the chance to see projects from initial concept all the way through to completion with the expectation to lead by example for less experienced staff.
Responsibilities:

- Prepare concept designs, to pitch for projects, competitions and potential clients

- Meeting with consultant teams to assist with design coordination

- Meeting & liaising with clients to assess and advise on project costs & technical specifications.

- Preparation of technical and 3D drawings; computer visualisation and CAD layout drawings; and preparation boards

- Managing client expectations and presenting the projects

- Running projects and managing junior interior designers throughout all stages of a project from concept to completion.

- Cost management and budget planning

- Preparation of presentations boards.

- Selection of finishes and materials and FF&E

Must have:

Experience using Revit software
