An established organisation is looking to recruit a Senior SAP Integration Analyst to act as a bridge between SAP Basis and IT teams, suppliers and customers. You will ensure seamless integration delivery across different supply chains and technologies, supported by SAP business analysts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a bridge between technical teams and SAP business analysts to ensure successful integration delivery.
- Support and enhance current applications and supplier integrations, including third-party logistics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document solutions and facilitate workshops to support IT compliance initiatives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for designs, configurations, and processes.
- Support solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards using SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Work closely with factory and warehouse teams to support SAP and its operational systems within these environments.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
- Commit to continuous professional development in IT integration and SAP systems.
KEY EXPERIENCE
- 5 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in a supply chain environment, preferably in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
- Expertise in integration, analysing, troubleshooting, and optimising integration systems.
- Experience with EDI standards and tools (Tradacoms, SAP iDoc, ANSI, Edifact) and non-SAP technologies (warehouse scanning systems, MES).
- Global experience and familiarity with different cultures.
- Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and ITIL certification or extensive experience with ITIL frameworks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Azure), SAP CPI, SAP GRC, SAP S4/Hana.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to prioritise tasks and solve technical problems.
- Experience with project frameworks, preferably SDLC and Microsoft DevOps practices.
