Senior Java Developer

Job Description I'm exclusively recruiting two experienced Senior Java Developers for an ambitious and growing organisation who are scaling internationally within the crypto space. Reporting into the Head of Development, you will work on a number of greenfield projects and play a crucial role in developing cutting edge projects. The work is primarily backend and therefore doesn t require frontend / web experience. There is a great opportunity to learn and work with blockchain as well as other associated technologies. This is a London based role working as part of a talented global team and Blockchain / financial services experience is not essential as long as you hold an interest in this space. Key Responsibilities: Develop the backend application according to the requirements and design Develop and maintain technical documentation Test the application from a developer's standpoint (Unit test, Integration, Development environment testing) Collaborate with the UI team (Web & Mobile) to deliver comprehensive features throughout the releases Assist the Quality Assurance team in testing features and regression tests Take an active role in a cross-functional team, from requirements gathering to delivering the solution to a live environment Experience Required Experience working with Java 11+ of Design patterns and SOLID principles of the entire development lifecycle, including agile and CI/CD principles. with Test Driven Development and proficiency in writing unit and integration tests. comprehension of RESTful services, microservice architecture, and the principle of separation of concerns.
