The role involves leading designs from concept to completion, mentoring junior colleagues, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional results.

\nCandidate Requirements\n

The successful applicant will have:

• A Chartered Landscape Architect qualification (or equivalent experience).
\n
• A proven track record of delivering high end, design led projects from inception through to completion.
\n
• An exceptional eye for design, with the ability to create innovative, practical, and beautiful landscapes that respond to site and client needs.
\n
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office (experience with SketchUp, NBS, Enscape, or Revit would be advantageous).
\n
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to confidently present ideas, collaborate with clients and consultants, and mentor junior team members.
\n
• Experience working with contractors and navigating planning applications, technical drawings, and construction contracts.
\n
• A keen understanding of sustainability and environmental design principles, with a passion for integrating nature into every project.
\n
• The ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and uphold the studio's high standards of quality and creativity.
