Senior Legal Counsel (IP/IT/Commercial)

Our client is an incredibly exciting and dynamic global tech business who are looking to advance the art and technology of visual experience. Based in Central London but with huge international presence they are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel / Legal Counsel to join their team. You will report to the General Counsel and have responsibility for these key areas: IP there is large focus on licensing work Commercial contracts Tech/Digital/IT work Data Privacy Ad hoc exciting projects (if you would like to be involved such as ESG, AI and Legal Ops) This is a role that will really catapult you to the next level of your career in a supportive, dynamic, fun, kind and sociable environment. Your background will be: Good quality training background IP/IT IP experience is a MUST (rights, soft IP, opensource licensing etc) Broader commercial contracts work and experience Exposure to Data Privacy Getting the right personality is critical for this role as they are a small team that work closely together. You will have a relaxed but professional style and be a naturally curious person who relishes being the face of the business and truly integrated with people. That commercial interest and mindset will really help you thrive. The team ethos and working approach is truly adult and trusting as well. You must be a self-starter and be an ordered, organised and methodical person who approaches things logically and can prioritise easily.
