What you'll do To provide specialist knowledge and support to the Competition Law team, and the Vodafone Group, on all matters relating to competition law, including merger control approvals, investigations and litigation (both defensive and offensive). To become a key member of the Group Competition team providing specialist guidance to the Group and Local Markets and helping to develop the competition law community across the Group. Assist in delivering the objectives and responsibilities of the Group Competition Law team, including: Advising the business on day-to-day competition law issues and responding to competition law investigations; Advising the business on strategic projects such as mergers and acquisitions and obtaining required approvals and developing campaigns to change competition policy to deliver Vodafone objectives; Managing competition law and regulatory litigation (both defensive and offensive) to protect the Group and maximise value; Who you are Qualified lawyer in jurisdiction with well-developed competition law regime. Expert knowledge in field of competition law, merger control, related litigation, and legal risk management. Knowledge of the telecoms regulatory environment would also be beneficial. Substantial experience in managing major competition law investigations. Minimum 3 years' experience in top competition law practice or major corporate. Not a perfect fit?
