We are currently working with a boutique agency specialising high-value residential lettings in some of the most prestigious neighbourhoods in London. With a focus on quality over quantity, they handle only premium properties.
The team comprises a dedicated group of professionals passionate about providing exceptional service in a collaborative and dynamic environment. They pride ourselves on fostering long-term relationships, both within our team and with our client.
This role is an exciting opportunity to join an established and very successful team in a varied Senior Lettings Coordinator where you'll wear many hats!
We are supporting them on their search for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to take ownership on all compliance tasks while supporting the team across lettings and general office administration.

You will not find a more rounded and interesting letting admin role anywhere. The ideal candidate will be someone that is willing to "muck in" in any areas!
Benefits:
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm (Office Based) - willing to be flexible here if needed for childcare etc
