Senior Lettings Negotiator

My client is fast growing independent agency based in Southwest London. They pride themselves on their independence, knowledge, integrity, and results.

What We Offer:

• No Patch Restrictions: You'll have open access to all branches and stock, predominantly in Southwest London, giving you the freedom to expand your reach and maximise your sales.
• Uncapped Earning Potential: With a basic salary of £25k-£33k depending on experience, with a realistic OTE is £75K+. Their last new starter closed 15 deals in just 6 weeks, and even their trainees are hitting OTEs of £50K!

Responsibilities:

• Generate Business: Proactively seek out new opportunities, including door knocking, to bring in fresh leads and close deals.
• Work Across Branches: No patch restrictions mean you can operate across all our branches and access a wide range of stock.
• Close Deals: Leverage your experience in agency work to negotiate and close sales effectively.

Working Hours: 5 days a week, with only 1 in 3 Saturdays! Allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while still earning big.
