Senior Licensing Operations Specialist

Practical Information: Location: Wooburn Green, UK Reports to: Operations Manager Team size: 12 Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for the UK Languages required: Fluent/professional level English , spoken and written As our new Senior Licensing Operations Specialist , you will be supporting the Sales Teams in retaining and growing our client base by managing the renewals process for our vendors. In this role, you will add value to our customers through excellent service & support and actively advise on their existing software estate and outline the right products and services available to them. Your responsibilities will include: Process customer orders in Microsoft Dynamics AX Prepare contracts for customers on Verma contract database and sending purchase orders to vendors using MS POET Creation of direct and indirect licensing contracts Processing and booking of supplier orders Actively take part in continuous improvement of processes Your Competencies: 3 years of experience from a similar role, such as Customer Service or Support, Sales Coordinator, Software or Operations Specialist etc. Experience working with software and with ERP/CRM systems Software license knowledge from one or more of the following vendors: Microsoft, Adobe, VMware, Citrix, Veeam, Oracle Hands on experience optimising and demonstrating licensing cost savings within existing and new accounts About You : Responsible and able to work under pressure, both individually and as part of a team Keen to solve customer problems , keeping an holistic view of the cases while identifying the root cause Strong customer and service orientation as well as communicative skills What s on offer?
