Senior Machine Learning Engineer£80,000 + 15% Bonus & Good PensionLondon office x1 day per weekOVERVIEWAn internationally established major retail brand are hiring for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join a strong ML Engineering fucntion, foucsed on delivering large scale impactful ML projects across millions of consumers. You will be delivering production level machine learning projects at scale for the business, being responsible for driving forward some major ML/ AI initiatives within the wider Data team. Your responsibilities as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer will include but not be limited to:Build, deploy and maintain prodcution level ML solutions across a breadth of interesting projects for the business.Spearhead key Machine Learning/ AI initiatives within the Data Science/ ML function and mentor more hunior team members.Engage with business stakeholders, communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences and demonstrating the value of AI/ ML with your projects.YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCEA successful Senior Machine Learning Engineer will have the following:Min. 3 years proven commercial experience as a Data Scientist/ ML EngineerExperience delivering production level ML solutions at scale within a reputable company/ data science function.Preferably experience working in a reputable tech scale up or major retail organisation in ML role.
