Senior Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Management Accountant to join a fast growing business in Whiteley. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving financial performance, optimizing operational efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will oversee the Management Accounting and Revenue Assurance teams, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis.

• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Produce and analyse monthly management accounts, KPIs, and cash flow forecasts to provide actionable insights to the Executive Leadership Team .
• Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• Revenue Assurance: Oversee revenue reconciliation processes, minimizing revenue leakage and maximizing profitability.
• Team Leadership: Manage and develop the Management Accounting and Revenue Assurance teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and accounting standards.

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA or ACCA)
• Proven experience in a management accounting role
• Revenue accounting experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities
• Experience in the telecoms, retail or services industries is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
