Senior Management Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Management Accountant to join a successful business based in Weymouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) to play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for managing budgets, overseeing financial processes, and providing insights that drive business performance.
Senior Management Accountant Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present monthly group management accounts and group financial reports.
* Lead the budgeting and forecasting process.
* Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful commentary.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
* Partner with senior stakeholders to provide strategic financial guidance.
* Support year-end audits and liaise with external auditors.
* Improve financial processes and systems for greater efficiency.
Senior Management Accountant Requirements:
* Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with at least 5 years of experience in management accounting.
* Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems.
* Experience in business partnering and stakeholder management.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
