• The autonomy to challenge and enhance processes, making a real difference.

• \nBusiness partnering where you'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, PE partners/Investors and some exposure to the banks.

• The opportunity to coach and develop a small team and non financial and operational stakeholders.
\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Supporting the year-end audit process, working alongside senior finance leaders.
\n
• Reviewing and reconciling balance sheets, ensuring accuracy and recommending improvements.
\n
• Produce of monthly MI pack for the board and senior stakeholders.
\n
• Support future M&A due diligence as well as integration of acquisitions into the finance structure.
\n
• Preparing and reviewing monthly MI reports, ensuring accurate and timely financials.
\n
• Managing month-end processes

What we are targeting:

\n

Ideally you will be ACMA/ACCA qualified with experience in management accounts. A strong and confident communicator and able to work across teams, influencing and guiding decisions both with financial and non-financial stakeholders. A Strong accounting background and a requirement to proactive and adaptable at seeking out and targeting key improvements. An ability to challenge, working at pace, and ultimately, making things happen!
